I am a hotel room hermit crab...

It's been a while...
Why is it when you have a connecting flight, they make your arrival gate so far away from your next departure gate? I swear, when I arrived in Chicago yesterday for my connecting flight to Columbus, I had to walk for 20 minutes straight. I was so freakin tired when I got to my gate. Why do they do that? Sucks for us passengers...

I'm always edgy on the first time I meet w/ people. I was totally nervous meeting w/ the Honda people yesterday. I guess that's because I just wanna make a good impression. Professional and cool at the same time, I hope I came off okay.

Damn, we didn't start actually testing until 3PM yesterday. There was a long meeting before the test drive could officially start...and needless to say, it was a hella long day. I didn't get back in til pretty late. Wrote my reports this morning and got back started. I didn't have to start early today, 'cept for a tiny lil meeting but we'll be testing far into the wee hours tonight...and I'm not looking forward to it at all, considering I'm leaving in the morning for LA. At least the guys I'm workin with are cool. Lotsa laughs, which makes the time fly by. One more day of testing.
My hotel is cool...it's Embassy Suites in Dublin, Ohio. I like the set up. No hallways or wings, it's like one big atrium surrounded by rooms. From the lobby you can see every room pretty much, I'll post up pics when I have more time and more pics, he he he. I haven't really had the chance to leave and venture out much, being that I don't have a car, the weather says there's supposed to be scattered thunderstorms, and that I have to stay here for teleconferences and calls from work. I'm glad I'm leaving soon, I'm getting quite bored. There's billiard tables downstairs, but it's not available when I get back cuz it's so late. How boring...bored bored bored. I'm glad I'm coming back home soon, he he he.

Since we all came back from hawaii, i still dont' think I've totally recovered. I'm still in chill mode, and that can't be good. Cuz in hawaii everyone's so laid back, I kinda brought that back with me. Gotta get back into work mode, arrive on time, and be more productive. It was a damn good vacation though, too much to blog about really, so I'll just let the pics(which are on cic's blog) speak for themselves. It was a great vacation though, I so didn't wanna leave when it was time too. And ever since, Kels has been trying to convince me to quit my job and move there, ha ha ha. She almost has me convinced.

Well, more to blog when I get back home...
